good deal?

Do you really get a good deal going with a European delivery? What about cost of shipping back and customs?

Yeah, I read about the European delivery when I was looking into the 335i before deciding on the G. Sounds like fun!!!

Yeah you get a ED price which is savings from BMW paying the dealer as a part of their allocation or something. buying a BMW ED means the dealer sells the car outside of allocation therefore there is extra savings involved..somehow, i dont exactly get it either.

The cost of shipping is in the "destination fee" which is there no matter what anyways. If you pick it up right out of the dealer without doing ED or doing ED then picking it it up, its the same price. The only thing i heard of for an extra fee is dropping off your BMW in Italy to get delivered back stateside
