Interested in a G37
I appreciate everyones info and as far as the bike comment im kind of a speed freak so i would probably kill myself on a motorcycle. What are the odds of me gettin a g at invoice im lookin at the S series and i believe the sticker is at 40000 is it possible to get that at around 36000 or so
Best thing to do is go to Edmunds.com, price out the car you want with the specs you want, call the dealership and ask for the fleet manager. They generally always give you invoice or under without any hassles. Seriously - skip regular salesman AT ALL COSTS and only go to the fleet manager.

There's room to play with the price if you're not getting it fully loaded.
Curious how you think it compares to your SC430...My uncle (who is a moron) seems to think his car would wipe the floor with me...He's not much of a car "enthusiast"...He just thinks that because he spent that cash and it looks sporty that it must be fast...Anyways, a comparison from you would be great...
The SC430 has a V-8 and the associated torquiness, but damn, the thing weighs something like 4500 lbs.
-and we thing the g37 is too heavy. wow.

MY SC was a great car. I loved it. I had it lowered on 20" rims... That being said, it was a very HEAVY car. I would have gotten another one but i was kind of annoyed that it still looks the same as it did when it came out in 2002. It was fast but the G37 is a bit faster (not by much). The G37 also handles much much much better.
I've attached a pic of my 2004 Sc430.

Later models doesn't always mean problem free. Take a good look at the G35. The later models seem to have MORE problems. haha. PLUS all the old problems still persists.
window motor failure, clutch chatter, axle clicks, sunroof motor failure, door mechanism failure, poor thread wear and NOW OIL CONSUMPTION.
SHAME ON INFINITI.

And you could always swap tires to something with a much higher tread wear rating and stop worrying about your tires wearing out so quickly and of course, acceleration, braking and being able to take any turns at speed.
If it WORE our EVENLY then yes, not a problem.... But it isn't... Which is why NISSAN issued a TSB on the 350z.. Which is a REAL sports car compared to the G35.
