So the only thing you have that I don't is 4WAS. Also, I failed to see if you have a 6MT or 5AT. Still, I paid a lot less than $45K (yes, with TTL). I would say just go and sell it privately. You should be able to fetch about $2K more than what the dealer offered you.

 

Hey after you got ur new M3, go to benz dealer and say u want to trade in for C63 amg. I am sure we will all see u post a thread call "completely disappointed at new M3"!

New they're going for invoice which would be $40,xxx for a loaded 6mt S. I got mine for invoice back the end of October. Look what dtjoe paid for example.

$35k is what I'd say a USED one might sell for.
