6MT Owners Start Button Reminder

Today, while talking on my phone I pulled into the office jabbering on the phone and I let the clutch out with car in gear. The car of course stalled so I hopped out locked it and walked away. When I left work - dead battery! Why? because i did not hit the start button to shut off the ignition! I did this once somehow in my previous M35. Moral of the story always hit the off button.

If you let off the clutch, your car is still "half way" on. I thought everyone knew that haha.

Now my M35X was an auto - I'm just not the sharpest knife in the drawer - I have the ignition on when I was doing the nav hack - That car had front AND rear DVD players.

but if on ON or ACC then shouldn't you be able to lock the car? Or did you not lock?
