No doubt! I want to buy one of these cars so badly but unfortunately the prices here in Canada are crazy.
After pricing one out online it came up to $63,000 !! little too steep at the moment.

Check out buying one from the US, a lot of Canucks have been doing that.

BTW, if you pay for it in full or finance without Infiniti, you get a $4500 rebate applied before taxes (so it's really worth $4500 + the taxes on the $4500). Also, on a near loaded G37, you can get $3000 - $3500 off now. So potentially, it'd be about $8000 off MSRP, before taxes.

It's still more than the US, but once you factor in all import costs, the difference isn't too bad now. Something to consider.

Good for you Derrick, has it arrived yet? I am less than 1 hour to the US border and would of done this myself but dollar wasn't as near as strong 1.5 years ago when I bought my 07 Sedan. If I were to purchase a new car now, there is no question I would buy from the US like yourself.

Car is at the dealership, paid the money yesterday. Will import some time later this week when I get a chance and coordinate with the dealer. Picking me up at the border (take the bus over) and take it from there. Imported my wife's TSX with little problems / friend's TL with relative ease, so I know the process with RIV fairly well.

I just don't understand why more people don't do this and have dealers complain to Canadian corporate to bring pricing to at least $1-2k to US levels. (sigh) Besides ... it would take 3 months for them to find an athens blue 6MT. I might as well order an MY'09 if that were the case ...

I'll have pics when I bring the car over. I already have a friend who's a mechanic who will install the DRLs and unmod my current car.
