the G is an improvement for me - coming from an Evo X MR that got 16-17mpg and had a 14 gallon tank.

the G is weird, though ... i seem to get better gas mileage when i drive it "enthusiastically" as opposed to driving it like an old lady.

so it gets driven like its a rented red-haired mule that owes me money.

^^^I noticed that too. I get better mileage at 70 mph on the freeway than 55-65. I get **** around town so I try not to even think about that

When you realize you can plug in a rca to 3.5mm cable eight years later to listen to music on your phone and your G is brand new again. I am not a clever person.

That's any car, really, once you start messing with the engine related components.
Vacuum leak can be a b11111tch.

Thanks for the reply, i am going to check for a vacuum leak when i get home from work, anyplace you would recommend? I bought the car a year ago, it has 79,000 miles on it, and this is getting annoying. But i love the car!!!

You know when you are looking for a daily driver because the G is just too thirsty for daily life

This to the absolute "T"

G was intended to be my DD. Now I'm looking for a possible 4-banger to poke around in and have some fun in doing so. Keep the miles off the G as well.
