When a Japanese manufacturer tells you a repair isn't covered under warranty when the warranty book clearly indicates that it is (warped rotors at 17.1K).

Since when does warranty cover wear items on a 5 year old car?

Warping of un-worn rotors is not a wear issue. The basic warranty on a 2011 runs for 4 years and 60,000 miles (2015-2011 = 4).

The applicable warranty section FOR HOW LONG AND WHAT IS COVERED
BASIC COVERAGE, from the Warranty Information Booklet states:
• The basic coverage period is 48 months or
60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
The warranty covers any repairs needed to correct
defects in materials or workmanship of all
parts and components of each new Infiniti vehicle
supplied by Nissan except for those exclusions
or items listed under the caption ”WHAT IS
NOT COVERED
or, if the part is covered by one of
the separate coverages
described in the following
sections of this warranty, that specific coverage
applies instead of the basic coverage.

Rotors are not listed in the "What Is Not Covered" section (brake pads are).

One of the rare times I drive extremely slow. I hate the water from the door mirrors thing.

What was the cars in service date, and can you show that the rotors are warped due to some kind of manufacturer defect?

Proof is the manufacturer's responsibility. Consumers only need to present a defective condition.

The in service date / warranty period was never in question. The manufacturer's stance was that rotors are not coverable within the warranty provisions.

Fairly to owning a G37 or have a car with push button start. BUT

Every time I get in the car it takes me about 5 secs to remember how to start the car.
