For "Go" I would take all the seats, gut the car, no navi, no a/c, etc etc. For a G37... it luxury, and meant to show its luxury... Subtle performance like an intake and exhaust, big brake kit for show, and keeping it waxxed/washed... Thats great for me.

If you only drive on the street then show, if you track your car then go.....

 

rims, tint if you were me, andthe rest GO! until they have a new body kit that looks cool.

the only go for me would probably be a supercharger. whenever i get that, than a lip, rims, tints, cf hood, and then all the others handling. hopefully that would run me 10k.

 

You don't want a 'show' with no 'go'. At least, if you have a 'go', you'll still have a G37

 

Dude, this threae is useless. No offense but do what you want. its yojr money not ours. Spend it on what makes you happy. if you ask 100 people their opinion you can get 100 answers. So do what you like. Ask people if they like your mods, but again if you like them do it. Just make sure you don't buy cheap stuff. get all high quality. But again if you want show do it, if you want go then wait untili something is developed.

but you said yourself you want to stand out, so the only way to do that is Show. If you got 10000hp but are stock you won't stand out.

 

yea, in the end. i know my opinion will only matter to me. i just want to see how you guys would mod your cars. most would go with "GO" than for looks.

 

nope. look how many got rims, want kits, want something else. everyone wants more go, but in the end we also would like some show to. Rims are a must on this car as is lowering. the rest i think is up to you.

 

Tints and rims are all i can afrod. car has enough go for me considering i have 11 pts that just came off my record and 4 coming on as we speak!

 

if you dont know what to do with some extra cash, then you are not ready to make a decision. that money needs to go into a 6 month CD or something, get some interest on it, and once more things come out for our car, maybe there will be something you just HAVE to have for the car.
until then, dont do any mods at all.

 

+1 on that. I have a huge 13 month CD that I got at 5.50% waiting to mature this summer and it was all put away for mods last summer (probably use some of it to pay my baby off too actually if I have it leftover)!!!!! By then options for coils, nice rims, Injen intake and a good exhaust and ECU tune will (knock on wood) be out!!!!
