aftermarket taking their time releasing stuff for the G?

seems like it's taking awhile for companies to release stuff for the new G...i dont remember it taking that long when the g35 came out...there were tons and tons of stuff out for that car real quick...i guess having the Z out at the same time as the G35 helped too

just cant wait to start modding my car

Well since this engine is not shared with any other models yet then that will be hurting use. It is very irritating that there are no good mods out yet.

Garbage. When I bought my Z I had Intake, exhaust, body kit, springs, Volk 19's all within a month of buying it. I had my pick of products to choose from as well.

Taking forever to even get something as simple as springs with the new G.

The G35. Not the 37. I'm not using springs that weren't specifically made for my vehicle. Everything else is just prototype.

Dinan came out today with a pricey $2,000 chip that gives the 335 an extra 50hp+ and 50tq+. And, they even give the damn thing the same warranty as the factory (4 year 50K miles). Now they have an alternative to that vishnu/procede chip and we are still waiting. Will there possibly be a chip that allows us to gain extreme gains like the one Dinan is claiming to create? Im not sure if twin turbo engine responds that much better than ours?!

The 370z should definately help the engine mod dept when it hits. However, I know none of us wants to wait that long. Hopefully the G37 will be seen as a way to pioneer FI and other more modest mods on the 3.7 VVEL platform. Obviouisly the Z is always a big seller and the companies with products in waiting could do well in sales when that future Z does hit.

Time will tell!

our g's are defintely not bang for the buck because pretty much the only way to get serious power out of the engine is to FI. The 335 procede/vishnu chip defintely utilize the twinturbo set up, because i believe the 335 runs quite rich or lean(not sure which one) stock, and the chip uses that to its advantage to gain the extra horsepower.
Correct me if my info is wrong, as i am not entirely positive.

Unfortunately the 350Z ECU upgrades from Japan do not work on the US models...

Japanese cars have completely different ECU's and Emission systems...

Hey Jason, you work in the parts store? I just bought my car there 3 weeks ago and have stopped by on more than one occasion. The only thing I saw that interested me so far is a license plate frame. Any chance there's a hookup for MyG37 members?
