Lesson learned, never let the wife take your car again.

My mom saw some dust on my car this morning and was about to wipe it away with rag. Thank god I stopped her haha. As far as dad stories, I did love tap my dad's TL a few months ago with my Accord (thank god he hasn't noticed).

I do have a funny dad story though...well sorta. I got my hood keyed at Ballys a few months ago. It says NSR on the lower part of the hood. I used touchup paint to try and mask it, but it was still pretty visible, so I said the heck with it, the car's getting old and I'm not planning on getting the whole thing repainted just for that. Later, my dad comes up with a bright idea to spray paint over it. I said don't even think it. A few weeks later, my friend must've passed by my car and asks me when my car got tagged. I said what the hell are you talking about, and when I went to my car, sure enough, someone spray painted over the NSR with black spray paint. Sure, you can't really see the scratches anymore, but you see the letters in font that's the size of a toddler's arm since the paint is much darker than the one on the car. I come home that day and so happen to see a can of black spray paint sitting in the garage. The glove sure fits in this case. If this ever happens to my G37, wow...there will be hell to pay. Maybe I'll go tint his windows...with black spray paint.

End of story. Can anyone beat that?

My friend got a ticket once because of that. Sure the cop was being **** but you never know so I don't take the risk and just clean it completely now.

That sux Shumby. Sorry.

Does anybody have snow brush recommendation? I am looking for one that will be as gentle as possible on my G37s's paint.

I have gotten over it though. We kissed and made up and she said she was sory to the car. I am getting it polished this weekend so it looks like i can get the scratches out. I know a black car will get scratches but man i was not hoping to get them that way.
Who said you she had to pay you with money?

Buy 3m swirl remover. It will take it right off. Wiping off snow with a terry cloth won't harm anything. It's going to slide off regardless. By naturally melting or not

It was not the snow that scratched it it was dirty underneath and the brush dragged the dirt. Thanks for the info on 3M swril remover.

You are going to get swirls with OB. Swirls are virtually unavoidable, especially with a black car. I've had many black cars. The key is to minimize with proper washing procedures and polish and wax frequently. This will take care of them.

Enjoy man!!! OB rules.
