Thumbs down Which shift ****....

I'm trying to decide which shift **** to go with. Either the ARC Ti round ****, or the top secret ****. Not sure which color I was thinking black because it will match the leather but the silver would like nice with the metal. The gold would just stand out the most.

Stock is not really an option. Its too high and Its way to boring for my taste and for the way the car will look when its done....

I'd go with the arc Ti. The top secret looks like a beer tap pull from the '70's.

It's your choice, but you did ask for our opinions.

I don't think any of those are an improvement on what is a great stock handle.

You know why they put leather on the stock shifter? Because after sitting in the sun all day, an all metal shifter will sear the flesh off your palm.

Oh yeah, all those are pretty ugly IMHO.

well thats interesting. Well i went ahead and ordered the arc ti one. Its counter sunk so it will sit much lower like the older style g35 and 350's.

Go with the Ti ball, but I think the stock shifter setup is just fine and just no need to change it. I'm all for going with short-shifter mods, however.

I have the Ti ball (Voodoo) on my S2K and it is superb! Yes, it does not absorb heat as much as aluminum or stainless. AFAIK, the Voodoo Ti's are no longer available.

Thumbs down on all the others , because with "others" you will have to get the big pair of Mirror-dangling Pink Dice with the Monkey Vomit Green dots in order to pull off a really Class Act.

while i agree that the stock **** is really great for a stock **** it just not offer me what i want. It feels too small in my hand and way too high. The arc is like the voodoo its bigger which feels really good when shifting. Also it is counter sunk like the voodoo which will drop the height a lot and give a much shorter throw feeling
