At least I wasn't the only one. He was telling me how to do this and that and just pushing away on the buttons. After a while I just started staring at the Start button wondering when I could push it. lol

Alright, That was the most frustrating experience ever!!!

I have plenty of experience buy cars, (>15), and were I thought this would be one of the easiest. pretty simple, the car I want was i, the price was msrp, my trade isn was seen and assessed, with an acceptable minimum offer. I emailed them some information and said I'm coming in at 5:30, what info do you need to expedite this transaction.

so I get there, the guy I was working with (last of four others who were let go) was too busy to help me, so I get passed to a subordinate. didn't car cause this would be so easy. He took me to see my unwashed car (which still amazed some of them). it was beautiful!! As I looked around it I asked about the Spoiler (which was supposed to be put on by them) he had no idea what I was talking about. I figured I was up in the air about it anyway. (I definitely wanted one, until I saw the chrome on black). so I let it go.

So them we start talking about payment, I told him I want to lease, and put down the trade in difference. He comes back with a trade in quote (after re doing all the info/mileage stuff) $1000 less than lat Thursday. I said the other guy garenteed my at least 1K more. he agreed to it. then comes back with a paper for a lease with 48, $610. I sad what's this, he said you lease? I said, first that's too high, second what;s the MF and residual. he said, what does that matter, here is your payment. I said, thats way too high. I know infiniti is giving MF of .00285 with a 59% residual. so he say what do you think your payment should be? I say certainly less than 500. so he has me sign a piece of paper say this. and returns much higher again. So now I say, let me see all the numbers, so he shows me the MF and residue numbers which are high. then he says they found Ininitis, but that was not as good of a deal same residual but a .00299 mf. so I said what is the value of the car your basing this on, he said, oh, I though you knew that already, msrp. I said show me the exact number- he looked at me like I was talking martian. I sai who ever is figuring out these number is basing it on a cart value, go get it. turns out the dealer had a few add ons- wheel locks, door protectors, paint protector, window tints. I said I didn't want them, but they are done in all are cars...

I thought seriously about walking out, but I figured I got way more for the trade in than I thought I could, I didn't feel like waiting again, I don't have to fine a tint place now, and still got to 515/mo.

So Instead of a quick pick up the car, take my wife down a long curvy street for dinner, we sat until pat 9:30 (4 hours) being frustrated!!1

And on top of all that, I get home, open my zaino package to get ready for detailing tomorrow, only to have someone else's stuff. none of which I can use!!!

But I will rest peaceful knowing my Black beauty in in my garage. and tomorrow we begin our life together.....

You sure do have the right attitude. I have bought many cars as well but less than 15!
Anyway, it took me 3 days of negotiations and just when I thought we were on the same page they tried to switch the deal on me too. I was not having any of it so it ended up taking about 4 hours for me too. Bottom line is I got a deal that I was happy with and a car that I love!!!
In the end thats all that matters. We just need to get out there and enjoy the drive!!!

Okay goofy, now change your sig already.

You would think that you wouldnt have to go through all this BS after you have waited already. They should have discussed this with you beforehand.

I got my survey today and I will let them know exactly how I feel.

Spyder, thank you. I though I'd get the usual "I would have walked out" responses.
Heat- You're right. sig changed. The sales guy kept saying I'll take care of your every need from now on. Call me for servicing, I'll make sure you get a loaner,... I liked him , but as I think about it, they would have felt no remorse getting $100 more per month from me. That was by far my worst buying experience. now that I've had time to reflect and not just react, anyone in Arizona that is planning on buying from Pinnacle infiniti, think twice. they tried every trick in the book.

On the flip side, I love this car. Every time I look at it I can't believe how great it looks. pictures do not do it justice. It handles like on rails, although I like fast corners better with the VDC off, can swing the rear a bit. The ride is very comfortable with normal driving.

The things I really like that I've not seen mentioned:
The seats are amazing! besides the normal changes, you can electronically move the thigh supports, lower back side cushions, lumbar and you can move elongate the seat .(probably sport only)
The second feature that was an unexpected surprise was the passenger seat can be moved forward or back by easily accessible buttons on the drivers side on the passanger seat.

The only issue is there is vibration in my rear view mirror that I don't like.

Other issues mentioned :
The shifter has some vibration, but I like it. not unobtrusive but feels right.

I'm 6'3" talk and have no issues with fitting in this car. My head comes close, but doesn't touch. Luckily the arm rest works for me.

All and all I am very happy. I think this Blows my 350 Z away!!
