Maybe you should buy a Honda! I have two cars, an 06 G35 and an 00 Accord.

I'm selling the G.

a honda? why? honda sucks to begin with, the biggest defect is the way it looks, AND the fact that it's a honda

Why are you selling? Is the car having problems or are you upgrading?

I think the point is if anyone is going to blast the 335i for having problems, they can't let the G37 slide when it has problems as well.
You may want to re-read the entire paragraph in the actual article:

"Bringing a pre-production car to a dealership is fun..."

I do agree with your statement, however.

According to Infiniti... this G37 will get 10% better mileage than the current G35, which is nice. Right now I'm hoping that I could get at least 22mpg regularly... that's my first goal, hehe.
You miss-read what he wrote, he said oil consumption, not gas consumption. There is a known problem with G35 that burns engine oil irregularly/excessively. We are all hoping that the G37 will not have this problem and that Infiniti fixed it but the fact that the G37 have already experience the sticking clutch in this review, a known problem with the G35, does not look good for the outcome of oil consumption in the G37.

Anecdotal reports aside, if given an overview of all reliability issues for both cars, there's no question that Infiniti's reliability is way ahead of BMW's.
It's not even close. Also, the nature of those issues tends to be minor ones for Infiniti, and major ones for BMW.
