Trunk lid

Is there a way to get a carbon trunk lid with a duckbill? I have scoured and haven't seen anything.

*Edit* Also, I am looking for a fully functional RHD driver seat (a.k.a. a passenger seat with the bells and whistles of the driver seat) anyone know where to source one of these?

In other words you want the driver seat from a LHD car (ie. Japan, UK, etc.) for your passenger to feel "comfy?" You won't find any here in the states. You would have to source one overseas from a spares supplier (ie. junkyard) and have one shipped. I have used yahoo.aleado.com to search for used parts.

Keep in mind that with the size, and weight, of the seat- even if you found what you wanted- if would only be able to be sent via sea container. Between the cost of the seat, the cost for shipping, and the import fee crap that would be imposed likely in addition to import/customs fees, the seat would cost more than the car is practically worth. Granted I don't ride "passengers" but even if I did none would be worth that expense. Just my 10¢...

Then there is potential wiring issues...

Well, the odds of you finding one are now next to zero. I just realized that you have a 'Vert. To my knowledge, Nissan did not produce any RHD 'Verts globally.

Looks like passenger will just have to deal with the existing seat, lol. But, good luck with whatever direction you take with the car.

ILM, on the seat question...

Mazda had a Mazdaspeed Recaro race seat you could get for the RX and MX cars.

Does/did NISMO ever do anything like that? Basic google-fu just shows V36s with Bride seats.

NISMO did not show any love/ support for the V36 platform. I am guessing it was some sort of pissing contest between NISMO and the short-lived "IPL" nonsense. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Some of the "goodies" that were made available for the 370Z "could" be migrated to the G37 but even then nothing was directly marketed.

As for the seats, only the "NISMO" 370Z came with the red "Recaro" seats from the factory. Other than that, I do not believe NISMO offered any seat options- at least not to my knowledge and there aren't any offerings in the catalogs either. Of course aftermarket options abound but nothing OEM and, to OP's query, definitely limited options for the 'Vert.
