Key FOB
AH HA!! So, you were the victim of the "New Batteries are Duds" phenomena? No worries, it happens more than you think. I can't count how many times I bought new batteries only for them to be dead as doornails.
I just noticed you are in "ES".... Espaņa or Estonia? The interior door lock switches should still work whether you have the key or not. Unless it is a 'Vert or Euro-spec feature ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Either way, I am glad it was a easy- and inexpensive- fix. Thanks for the update!

Spain, not Estonia (although I've been to Estonia dozens of times. Nice people). Specs may be different as you say. In my unit those switches only work if the fob is detected.
Thanks for your suggestions, really appreciated
