I have a 2009 G37S with 19" wheel package, the window sticker says the grade is premium. It has the regular front bumper with two knockouts at the bottom, and heated an cooled seats. How can I tell what suspension It
has? It does not have big brakes. Is it a g37 with upgrade to wheels an that is it? Thanks for any info
I ran it an it says grade=premium, so I have to say base brakes and suspension. Maybe it was hit from behind and they put an S on it. Only question now is springs or coilovers, only 92k on her. thanks
If you are going to do suspension, might as well do full COs. It'll cost a bit more up front, but you have a lot more control over height and ride quality.
If you do not have sport brakes then you do NOT have the "Sport" package. I would ask if you have paddle shifters but they can easily be added afterwards but normally they came with the sport package. That is how I understand these packages.
Likely the previous owner slapped the "S" badge on the car like many choose to put the "IPL" badge on.
This article from Car and Driver might shed a little light on this question.
You have a base model with the big tire package. Standard suspension and brakes. Someone was trying to live large on a beer budget and stuck the "S" badge on.
