the antenna

Well Was curious if there was an option that has better signal or smaller size or both
I do not like either obviously just curious.
For clarification I am talking about the black antenna on the outside that you just screw on and off. Nothing serious regarding taking apart anything.

Also interested in a smaller or shark fin style antena. I feel like my little ride looks like a remote control car with the current antena in the back. I bothers me LOL

Found a tiny one sold locally that has like 3 separate thread sizes to try on
sadly it arrives in like 1-2 weeks
good part is if it fits
it is cheap and really tiny and found it on multiple websites abroad for anyone to purchase

Hmmm, interested to see how it turns out. I found some flat looking bumps on eBay but I don’t know if it would fit my car.

Well I bought something similar to this (can't find the exact one again)

Amazon Amazon

I would Love to install something even cleaner like this one you sent in the PM ( https://www.ebay.com/itm/2008-2013-I...YAAOSwpLNX7a-Z )

Do I need to change the bumper or trunk ? Can I just remove the whole thing (I do not really want FM/AM signal but GPS is useful )
obviously the whole thing is for the weird way it looks so if just removing it makes it worse then no point.

Your input is appreciated thank you.

Honestly I am know expert, I am just telling you what someone else told me on this group. I think your fine to swap it out as long as you don't mind loosing am/fm signal quality. Give it a try, let me know.

I do like the stubby from aesthetic perspective. Hopefully it works as well as the stock one!
