It's a rubber bump stop but I don't see it as a separate part.

You didn't say what year car you own but I'm doubtful the mechanical bits would have changed across the years. You can use the link to find the correct year and parts diagram.

 

I'm sure you can find a generic bumper w/the same height and diameter somewehre and glue it on.
