As far as I know, there hasn't been a custom mass produced bumper made for a convertible G and at this point there won't be one.
You can probably have a body shop make you a one-off, but it'll cost you..

The bumper overall is more flat due to the bigger license plate and also has the red reflectors

Probably >$1k plus shipping. Not different enough IMHO to replace your current one.
