Retiring your Vert for the winter

With great sadness, I put my 2009 convertible away for the winter on October 31.

How many of you out there do the same?

mine lives in the garage year round, but it does not see the roadway once the snow/salt starts flying.

I live in Texas so still have some more time. My 2010 lives year round in garage too. Make sure to put a battery maintainer on it for the memory sake. Start the car from time to time so the fluids don't turn bad and keep vital components lubed.

Mine gets parked in a heated garage from November 1st through to April 1st.

I just finished cleaning it inside and out. Tomorrow the cover goes on it.

Come on... sadness? Just think of it as something to look forward to. Transition to winter is just the long preamble to rediscovery in the spring.

I park mine in the garage at night. I wish I had a Q60 do drive during the winter.
