Just noticed a leak under the car, seems to be coming from this big bolt. Any idea how much it cost and what this is from?

 

Same issue here. Yes, that is the steering rack/pinion Steering system.

So to add/refine to original poster, is this a common leak point? Is the bolt an adjustment fitting? Or can I crank it in a bit more without harming anything?
