Guys, I just bought a 2009 Vert and the previous owner forgot to tell me the roof leaks. There were no obvious signs like smells or stains so I didn't even think about it until I was going thru old service receipts where they had the front gasket, where the windshield meets the roof, replaced a couple of years ago under warranty. So, the first time I washed the car the roof leaked at the far top passenger corner and the above the tweeter also. I found the fix on this forum for the window adjustment to stop the leak above the tweeter which I plan to do next weekend. I also found the service bulletin ITB-10-070a for the hard top leak but it has been amended. Along with caulking the rubber seal they are also saying to remove the hard top latches on the windshield frame and add washers as spacers. Has anyone done the washer/latch part of this repair?
