I would not put too much value pf temp readings as the outside temperature sensor is located in front of the radiator. The sensor may be affected by road or engine heat, wind directions and other driving conditions. The display may differ from the actual outside temperature or the temperature displayed on various signs or billboards.
It's like *really* off from my coupe. My coupe would be off by a few degrees. This thing's off by 15-20F!! It was 64 yesterday, and it was reading 81!

Out side Temp of 81 top down but 64 top up may be:>) joke!

Have the dealer change the Outside Temp sensor or have them clean it and check it out, should not be off by more than a few degrees..

Yeah, it probably got a plutonium flake stuck to it and the radioactivity is heating it...
