First things first. Tint would come first. Since you are a vert, don't tint your windows. There are reasons why you don't see any verts with tinted windows.

So..

Coilover (suspension)

Front and Rear Camber Kit (suspension)
Camber kits adjust the angle your tire surface will touch the ground. If you lower your car without camber it, inner tires will wear out a lot faster, and will end up losing more money changing tires more often.

Spacers.
If you had your car for not too long. Enjoy your stock wheels, but with spacers. spacers will stick your wheel out sideways so that car looks flush (looks right, not tucked in).

I had a talk with a friend yesterday and finally understand the coil overs, I thought it was an aesthetic mod that just lowered the car...but now I know better. I think I will get the coil overs first and if enough money left I will get an exhaust....trying to negotiate a used hks exhaust now. Thanks for all the info, it really helps. Anyone have experience with kw variant 3 coils? Not sure if I want to pay that much. I wont be constantly adjusting so if there is a more cost effective brand for noobs let me know.

No coilovers for vert yet. So springs if you want to lower it.
