I'm a little confused. The Invidia Gemini setup is extremely quiet. In fact, it's hardly noticeably louder than stock. It was rather loud when my equivalent system was installed, but a week later...it was significantly quieter.
you will be alright, just have to get used to it. when i got the megan axle back, i was like damn, this crap is loud... but once you get used to it, it sounds like normal.

This is true. I thought my test pipe/invidia combo was quieting down, until my parents said they heard me from a block away haha. Getting used to it I guess.

When I had stock cats, it was noticeably louder, but it is very quiet in reference to the other systems out there.
And maybe reconsider throwing the word "best" around so loosely?
