Rear Diffuser for non-sport bumper

My 2010 G37 Vert was purchased in the Middle East. Here, we don't have 'packages' or options, so my car is a weird mix of Sport and non-Sport - my front bumper and brakes are Sport, my rear bumper is not.

I am looking for a rear diffuser that fits my bumper. So far, I haven't been able to find any. Are there any out there? I don't want to replace the whole bumper, just add a diffuser. Here's a pic of my rear:

That looks like my US optioned 2009 sport rear however, in 2009, the back up sensors were not offered and the 2 additional red refelctors were never offered in the US.

No - sorry for any confusion.

I am saying that your 2010 Vert non-sport rear looks quite similar to my 2009 Vert sport rear which looks quite similar to the 2009/2010 coupe sport rear - and none of them have a separate difuser.

2009 G37 Sprot Vert rear - day 1 of ownership

Looks like your rear (minus back up sensors & reflectors) -->

...We all try so hard to differentiate our cars from everyone else's to give them a unique identity...maybe you should embrace its unique-ness? Just a thought...ultimately its your car...just food for thought.

bschurr, thanks for the explanation. What confused me is that our verts look same from behind except that yours says G37S, and mine says just G37. I assumed mine was not Sport. The other thing that confuses me is that I keep seeing pics of G37S Coupes that have rear end like in the link I put below.

Only4mal, I actually do...but I would really like to add a diffuser and customize it... I have plans So, I am still looking for a diffuser that fits my bumper...anyone?

I saw diffusers that fit this style of bumper:

IMO one of the big misses for the VERT look. even more disappointing is my IPL vert is the same way. I feel a real styling miss not to have a rear bumper for the vert that is more similar to the coupe IPL rear bumper. All you can do is add the small piece behind the rear tire to make it look a little better. If I was good at body work I would take a vert rear bumper and a coupe ipl rear bumper and mate them. I know the coupe is a little narrower but surely there is a way. Sorry my this is a bone of contention for me. lol

What small piece are you referring to?

^ I think he was referring to OEM splash guards.

+1 on the IPL needing a different rear bumper. The exhaust tips are huge and look kind of weird with a bumper that sits up so high.

Didn't think IPL/Aero body kit could accommodate the splash guards according to its compatibility verbiage:

"Splash Guards - Color Matched - Part Number: 999J2-XXXXX

Reduces spray on lower body panels while helping to prevent nicks and scratches caused by road debris under most weather conditions. Not available with aerodynamic components. 2-pc sets.
  • Contoured to match wheel openings, and color matched to exterior paint
  • Add style while protecting your resale value
  • Not available with aerodynamic components."

I have seen a few pics around of a vert with IPL/Aero body kit with the splash guards, but I don't know if owner rigged it a certain way; otherwise, if it's as straightforward as the install directions, regardless of IPL/Aero body kit, dunno why Infiniti would state against it.

So, to clarify on this older thread, if you are looking for a rear diffuser for the vert there is only one option. Fortunately, it's a good one.

The Top Secret (replica) diffuser for the 350Z works great. There's some mounting brackets that need to be flipped for our applications. But, I'd buy mine again in a heartbeat.
