You can get BO with monaco red, so that works for me also as an alternative.
Yeah, I don't know how infiniti does the worldwide marketing or decides who gets what. Basically the way I see it, all the middle east verts are all limited edition if they have the monaco red interior. So probably there was no need to the malbec black exterior color as a "limited edition".

Monoca Red with Brush Aluminum
Hi i was reading some of your post and im a owner of a 2009 g37 Premier edition only 200 made in the world AND I LOVE IT the Monaco red interior is sick it came with Maple wood trim but i change it to Brush Aluminum i like the way it look with the red interior check out some pic
