my sales guy didn't do any of these things lol... in fact he knew nothing about the car. he told me i had cooled seats and i was looking for a switch or something for weeks lol

I would soooo laugh if the first thing they did was "OPEN THE HOOD" ... I'd just say, If I wanted power I'd be a Ford, now show me the car please. rofl.
