I got pulled over today exactly two weeks after getting my new car.

Good new/bad news.
Bad: Caught red-handed doing 89Km's in a 70K zone. Passing a VERY slow echo, I lit it up a bit. I was in the process of slowing down, when I got dinged.
Good: Got a warning!!
Cop is so impressed with the look of the car he wants to ask lots of questions. "Is this a new model"? "It looks beautiful", "Nice car", etc. No cop has ever heard thank you so many times in 3 minutes.

hahaha honestly, i was trying to make a joke out of that part. My brain just wasnt being clever so i gave up.

 

Yeah it wasn't real fast. It was in that discretionary zone. I had the M for four years and never got touched. Maybe because a sedan does not stand out like a coupe?

It sounds more severe in metric.
20K (12mph) over the limit, through radar, is going to get a reaction. I was pretty (read VERY) happy with the outcome though.
