3rd owner. Looks almost new, inside and out. Hesitant to sell, as it’s been flawless, but I need a truck.

Motor only has 65k miles. First owner was a closing attorney with a long commute who put >200k on it. 2nd owner swapped the motor with plans to turbocharge it but never did. Installed was the basically identical (except upgraded metal timing cover gasket) 2014 370Z motor, which was installed by a reputable performance shop. I have all paperwork/receipts. I’ve put 24k miles on it without a single issue. Chassis has 244k miles. I still drive it, so miles will increase a bit.

The good:
- Interior from a 2013 G that has only 45k miles on it. Like new leather
- Upgraded radiator 44k miles ago
New clutch 44k miles ago (and I'm easy on it)
- Front lowered/leveled 1.5” with Tein springs (stock ride quality)
- Upgraded rear differential bushings
- Seat heater switches upgraded to to the 2009+ ***** - Stoptech drilled rotors and Stoptech brake pads
- Wider tires that are exactly OEM diameter (speedo is accurate). Continental ExtremeContact Sport 255/40/r19 front, 275/35/r19 rear
- Upgraded Infiniti Sport exhaust (part B0100-1NG26) with Magnaflow resonator and high-flow catalytic converters which pass emissions testing. I have original converters as well. More aggressive growl than stock with no drone.
- Front bumper has Xpel clear bra - Weighted shift **** improves the already great shift feel. I have the original ****
- Entire car's life in Georgia and Texas. No rust
- All records from 2nd and 3rd owners
- Original window sticker

The not as good:
- One fender and hood Xpel vinyl was removed for some hail repair and never replaced. Virtually no rock chips, so could be reinstalled
- Driver door and mirror were side-swiped but replaced and painted by reputable exotic car body/paint shop. Flawless job. Looks new. Have all receipts
- Some cracking of the dash around vents and center stack/console
- A few paint imperfections but not noticeable from a few feet away
- Wheels seem to have been refinished at some point and have a few spots where the finish is flaking off
- One TPMS sensor battery is dead. I was waiting on new tires to replace
