I am selling my 2008 G35xS Sedan (AWD; automatic; sport seats; Bose; backup camera), with updated exterior and interior (including 2010+ navigation) to look like a G37S. I am the 3rd owner and mainly drove it as a leisure car on highway. Currently has a little less than 87,000 miles, and also comes with installed Remote Start Kit and a DroneMobile module (for remote start/stop, locking, and unlocking using your phone; also location/GPS depending on subscription level; I am including the updated DroneMobile module, which comes uninstalled, new in box). I kept it extremely well maintained. The following have been done in the last 2000 miles or less (for routine maintenance and/or in preparation for upcoming 90,000 mile service):

• Mobil 1 Oil Change 5w30 with Purolator PL14612 oil filter
• OEM Spark plug replacement FXE22HR11
• OEM PCV valve replacement
• OEM serpentine belt replacement
• Cabin air filter replacement

Car was garaged at home throughout my ownership and battery was always on a smart trickle charger since it wasn't driven much. Non-smoker. Only used 93 octane gasoline. No issues with the car passing NJ emissions test and NJ emissions sticker is currently good until December 2020. Car is very fun to drive and runs great. I haven't had any issues with it at all throughout my ownership. Some minor imperfections include: driver's side wheels have a bit of curb rash (mostly in the rear wheel); slight bubbling in headlight paint (not really noticeable unless you're looking for it). Extras: will include set of all-weather mats and other miscellaneous parts.

Reason for selling is that I have a new baby so looking to get something less aggressive. Selling as-is, and would prefer to sell to another enthusiast, so it would be great if you were local (Northern NJ, near NYC) so you can check it out for yourself. I have the title (no liens) and will accept cashier's check. Personally, the highlight of the car for me is the steering wheel since it's the main thing I interact each time I drive.

For pricing, I looked up the going rate on KBB and also looked through the forums. The most recent sale from a few months back of a similar vehicle (same year, fewer upgrades, non-sport, 61,600 more miles) in a similar location (NYC) can be found here.

What car is the dome light assembly from? The only black one I’ve found is the GT-R but it doesn’t have the sunroof switch like yours does.

 

The clear/frosted parts are from the the GT-R, and the black assembly is actually the OEM G35/G37 assembly, painted black. (Same for the visor pull-outs seen in the photo).
