I'm trying to sell my G37x, it is curerntly tied to a 39 month $350 a month lease, with a 3000 down. The down payment is negotiable yet the monthly payments are not. I would however be more interested in selling the car as a buy out at $30,000 at this price you avoid paying the down payment. The lease matures May of 2013. This is a really good price and I am 35 Minutes away from NYC.

if you put a down payment currently at $3000 you can get into a brand new 2011 for the same price of $350 a month

i would try swapalease.com or leasetrader.com and don't bother asking for the $3000 down payment

 

Yeah, nobody in their right mind will give you a down payment. Go for the buyout, it's the best choice. Even with a lease swap, I think you're still liable for the car. Do the research before swapping a lease.
