Maybe it was to throw off people who thought they had it all figured out. Then throw them a curveball with all Q or QX nomenclature.

Q35, Q40, Q50, Q55

that was in the original post were originally registered.


We see the Q50 for what it is, now what about Q40? Q35? Q55??

Could the 40 or 35 be the a new entry level with the 4cylinder turbo that was mentioned

interesting that infiniti patents all this now.. but with everything being Q's i see no point in this.

They should've kept the naming scheme of the G37 inistead of switching it over to Q50
