There's nothing you can tell in that photo to distinguish an '08 from an '09. Get a pic of the interior door handles. Or a VIN.

 

these are pretty much the only 2 pics i got. besides his ugly gf washing it in a bikini. getting him to take a pic of the interior would be like pulling teeth. this guy is a huge douchebag and lies like no other. just trying to get proof he is lying. which im sure he is. i just want proof

Impossible. There's no way you can have an ugly GF with a G37. That can be photoshopped for all i know.

*only proof is a cover paper with 09 written on it instead of 08 and no physical car shots

i mean, if he did photoshop it, it looks pretty damn good

 

would be relatively easy to get / edit a 2009 owners manual compared to actually getting an 09 car
