Look at the switches for the seat heaters, I believe the 09's are going to be changed to rotary switches.

where are the seat heaters located?

 

and whats the visual difference between washi trim and aluminum?

 

The ones in our '08s are perfectly smooth visually and to the feel. They are a light silvery gray smooth texture that looks and feels like plactic to me. The washi is the texture that is on the metal trim on the dash and the instrument panel, it looks very different. If it's an '09 the door handles will be washi and not the regualr smooth aluminum.

I can see that the seat heater switches are the same. They are toggle switches in the center console just behind the shifter.

 

No washi door trim and no rotary switches for the seat heater in the center console = no '09. This is an '08
