I know the for sure the looks will change, but right now it just looks like a GTR sedan. But if they come out with an actual concept, it might be pretty close, since the G37 wasn't that far from the "concept" that was created.

A fleshed out version of that rendering or concept is what Infiniti needs to compete in the luxo-supercar market.
