Yeah I went through some similar mods in my Lincoln LS and they did not show that well on the dyno but on the street I knew I could feel the kick in my pants. I basically want to post some numbers to give people to compare against the marketing numbers.

The ztube alone seems to have made the pickup a little stronger; I doubt there is much of a gain in terms of HP at the wheels though. I do like the fact that it has a much warmer sound during acceleration. The near silence the stock tube imposes is deafening

Z-tube for me was more about the sound than the performance...even my non-car-enthusiast friends noticed it sounded meaner at WOT.

Yeah the tone of the engie is much more to my liking but I am hoping that the Stillen CAI takes it an octave lower.

The AT Sedan Loaner I got to drive during my last make believe maintenance at IoT had a rather nice tone to it and itmade me very envious. I do not like the whisper mode of todays cars.

My Stillen will be here tomorrow... Is it very difficult to install?

Well Chuck... Despite an easy install as you indicated I still have issues but of a different order; if you wish to hear them I can still give you a call but I have to go butt dyno the

Hard to say for sure, but I'll definitely have the P-car back and looking for an excuse to take a drive. I'll check back on the thread for updates/finalized plans.

1. Chucky
2. AznLuder
3. _jb
4. Noah (it puts the lotion in the basket )
5. Aaron
6. FlFire - Attend, no dyno. (However, would dyno if it was a dynojet.)
7. Geioushi
8. Jon913D - dyno, but not the G

anyone use rev extreme or speak with anyone there.

I am looking for a shop that is willing to let me make some runs stock, then with mrev2 and then with mrev2 + the 5/16th iso spacer.

Alos looking for someone that would like to attend and help me with the install work.

I need at least two passes on each build ad rev extreme wants 75 for three runs. Not sure if I want to spend 150 bux so if you know anyone that might be willing to tune the price some let me know.

Thanks.

Noah, you might want to consider spacing out the dyno runs so your ECU can have some time to readjust to the changes to the intake and settle on a new optimum setting after each mod.

I wouldnt mind doing that but Tony at D would prefer the car remain on the rack so that the eviomental variables remain the same.
