where is it located? I know a couple people at my work that are looking for houses, so I can throw the idea at them.

Altamonte Springs right next to I-4 and the mall. Very good neighborhood. One of the few in Altamonte Springs near the mall with that much property. HOA is only $260.00 a year and its voluntary.

the 260.00 is only if you want the key to the boat ramp if you dont use the lake then you dont need to pay at all.

I'm in a townhouse, and my HOA runs about 230/month. I'd kill for 260/yr!

HOA for me is $300 per month. I would love $260 a year.
Let me check with the people at my work on Monday and I will see if that is the area they are looking at.

my HOA is $247 a month. living on the barrier islands in lauderdale the insurance is outrageous and were expecting a 25% increase because of all the hurricanes last year.
