My last day of being an attorney!!!

Hey guys....for those who do not know, I have decided to change carreer paths in my life. Today is my final day of working as attorney, at least for now. I have made some great connections here in Ocala and will now pursue land acquisitions and developments. With this new self-employed lifestyle, I will be able to spend more time back home where I love (and where my g/f is), but at the same time be able to continue striving for the big prize in land developing. There is money to be made in Ocala and I can't leave just yet. But it was impossible to fully dive into the property venture while being an attorney and having a long distance thing. So....I quit my job a few weeks ago and today is it. After today, I will be spending half my time in Ocala and the other half down south. I think I will be so much happier and fullfilled choosing this path. And if the economy ever turns south or whatnot, I'll always have my Juris Doctorate to fall back on. I would regret it if I didn't try. So...off I go. Wish me luck....

ps. I may have to buy a beater pickup truck as I don't think my car (especially with the Greddy front) will be usefull trucking around undevleoped properties. Hahaha.

Congratulations on changing your career before it's too late.

I always thought it would be cool to be a developer of big construction projects but I never knew how to get in.

Good luck.

Maybe we can try to catch up to your post count now.

Ohhh...I'm not going anywhere. I've got two computers and a laptop so the internet should never be too far from me. (most of my property research beings online anyways)

Gilley.....Nobody will catch up to me. But I still have some catching up to do to get to Daniel level.

I'll just be traveling between ocala and jupiter/lauderdale a lot. I'm keeping the G. Just may need a beater to go along with it. I do have a 2 car garage and all.

I wouldn't leave you guys. Posting on Driver is part of my everyday routine and I'm keeping that.

I was only kidding. I know we could never get rid of you. Even if we tried. Not that we would!

Office space I'm assuming? Full buildout or shell space?
