last nite after i spoke to you and Roly, i spoke w/ Phxblue and he told me that those things are so you dont put the back wheels in the front. and that i could just take them off. so as soon as i got home, i put the wheels on.

so who ever installed your RH, probable took them off, back whenever you got them. thats why u didnt see it.
