Check ebay again... I have been watching it over the last week. last pair I saw was sold at 1500. So the demand is not that high. There are about 5 sets out there and all bid are still under 1500.

I don't know - I've been searching only the completed auctions. It's hard to tell on the auctions that still running cause the bids usually go up, especially in the last 10 seconds (or 5 seconds if you're me)
