Hey you guys,

I'm Adrian aka Jamaica2G. 23 yr old dental student at UF. Anyone up here in Gainesville? I figured to Post in here first cause this is the Florida Club.

I presently drive a 98 Volvo S70 T5 and will be getting rid of it this summer. I will probably be getting a 03 G35 Coupe 6spd unless you guys tell me that the 03 model sucks and I should spend the extra CHEE$E and get an 04. I'm getting rid of my car cause of reliability. I really like it and I'm somewhat hesitant to rid myself of it, but then again, I haven't test driven a G35 yet... :-/

Any major differences between the 03 and 04 models? recurrent mechanical problems?

Muh boy back home drives a 240sx and he's turboing it this weekend. Its a 11+ yr old car and it doesn't give him any trouble. Its been a persuading factor to go Nissan/Infiniti.

I dunno what else to tell you hahaha.

Any input on buying a G35 would be very helpful, then I could actually join and be a part of this club.

Convince you? How about going to your nearest Infiniti dealership and taking a test drive. That's what all of us did.

 

If you want to be convinced go to Lokey Infiniti this Saturday. You'll probably be leaving with a G. As far as 03-05 it depends on how much you want to spend. Put a few extra caps on someone and get the 05.

like he said, the minute you get in and turn the car on, you'll be convienced, guaranteed. BTW if i was you i would get an 05, much better interior quality, plus a 6cd in dash MP3 player, plus gorgeous 19's
