My dad and I picked up our cars yesterday, and we love them. The experience at lokey was great, Larry Chapman treated us w/ much respect and did everything possible to get me out of there as soon as possible cause he knew I had to work that night. I couldnt be happier with Lokey Infiniti. The only thing I wasnt clear on was why we had to pay the $499 Retail Delivery Fee.

That charge HAS to be paid by EVERYONE that lokey sells a car to. If they charge one person they must charge everyone by florida state law. This was the whole problem CHAZ had but now they sell the car 16 UNDER invoice and charge the $499 plus $17 in another fee to get $500 over invoice.

Sounds like you might be due a refund. Talk to John on Monday (his phone number is in his sig) and he'll take care of you.

Also, remember to give them a GOOD Survey! If the FGC is getting cars really cheap and then our members aren't good to them on the survey we might not have this GREAT DEAL for very long.

The salesmans name is Larry Chapman, I think he made an honest mistake, cause I wasn't even sure of how that worked. Lokey Infiniti is a great dealership, much better than any other infiniti dealership I've been to. Larry was very helpfull and would call me at least once a week to let me know the progress of my car. My parents also though Larry was great. I think a quick call to John will solve this minor problem.

 

yeah i think that was your problem...I believe the salesman you should have gone through was Mark...

they will fix it though....
