I can understand reducing emissions, but I hate it when they try to do that by limiting the equipment you can put on your car. Put a sensor in your tailpipe and check the emissions. If you fail, fix it... If you pass... you're good to go.

back when they used to do emissions testing in Miami, it was never a problem getting cars to pass...
