Most of you know LakelandKev passed away last Sunday night. Today was his funeral and time to pay our respects. The Florida G35 Club was represented by Ian, Rich, Daniel, and myself.

We met at an exit on I-4 and had a police escort directly to the funeral home. That was nice because the funeral home was quite a distance from the Interstate. Thanks to Rich for holding up the procession until Daniel and I got there.

The turnout was tremendous. If Kevin was looking down on us, he would have been proud. We probably had 25 or 30 Z's and G's in the police escort, plus a few showed up at the funeral home. I took a few pictures to commemorate the event. We were the first to get to the funeral home, so these pictures are only of the G's and Z's that came with us. Half an hour later, this parking lot was full.









After the funeral, we drove to the site of the accident. Several bouquets of flowers were alreadt there, plus the flowers from the funeral site were adde later.



Sad to think that we won't see Kevin at any more meets...

That's certainly something to strive for...
