accident
well since chucky came out and told some people on frenzy, i figured i could posts some pics and share the info. this is why i have been looking into the fenders and bodykits.

dont have too many yet of my car cause ive been too busy stripping the z and goin to class.
the z is totalled
my car is up to about 3.5k right now. the rear is smashed, the trunk is pushed in, the quater panels are crinkled, transmission is stuck in mm mode and wont come out, exhaust tips are scrathed up, and who knows whatelse.
the story:
on friday, we spent the whole day workin on the z taking the lambo doors off (for sale) and installing brand new rotora rotors and project mu b force pads, cause he was moving to vegas tomorrow and the brakes were shot. while doin all this we see that his front tires have steel belts showing all the way around from not having a camber kit. so on monday i call to see if tires are instock and to hold a set. tuesday i head over to his place to go get his tires (1045am). then we realize that the tires and me arent goin to fit in the car so we take both cars. well on our way down there we take the high way and as everyone knows in tampa that i4 is a parking lot. when you get close to 275 so we are sitting there stopped, im talkin on the phone to the girl, then all of a sudden i hear a loud bang (11am)and was like o **** i think his motor just blew again lol. so i look in the mirror and as soon i as i look up i get smashed and the phone goes flying and hangs up on her. get out the car and im like f-uckin ****. the guy that hit us was a ford 150 the only damage to him was a bent front bumper. the guy is like sorry and we were like well sorry doesnt cut it. lol. well call for toe trucks cause neither car was driveable, and wait for the cops to come. after a while they show up cop get our information and stuff and give the guy a carless driving ticket. when we get the prinout with everyones info we find out that this a.sshole wasnt even driving his own truck. it was an enterprise rental truck, unbelieveable. he claims that the brakes filed which is bullh!t because a rental car is not goin to leave the place with bad brakes. my buddy richard was like he full of it cause when we were slowing down before the guy wasnt paying attention and talkin on the phone and got really close to hitting him earlier. then this time he said the guy was drving way fast and wasnt payin attention again and smashed into him. at about 2pm we make it to the body shop and get the cars dropped off and talk with the owner. by about 230 we have enterprise come pick us up and take us to get our rentals. while we are there we call the insurance company to see bout how to get our rentals when we are informed that this f-ucker is driving around with the minimum insurance and that it is not goin to be enough to cover the accident and that we are goin to have to go through our own insurance policies to cover our cars. we are like was the f-uck else could happen. then guess who walk through the door. hes like sorry again guys we are like whatever. so after that we leave and go to lunch cause the cars wont be ready for like an hour. round 315 we make it to lunch and eat. while there i call my insurance people to report the claim and stuff. whie doin this i findout that i have a $20 a day limit on my rental. im like cause i have no idea and think thats its a fiar amount. we get back to enterprise and im like i got a $20 limit they are like ok so im like what car do i get?? they sare like well we dont have any cars for on 20 im like great so whats my car then? we a 24 a day saturn im like fine now this is the best part. i go out ot my new saturn that i will prolly be rocking until mid january. first of all there is no tint!! major pain in the as.s there. the car is entirely plastic except for the roof and hood and trunk i think. crank windows, no keyless entry, no power mirrors. i start to drive and adjust the driver one and then look around on how to adjust the passenger one but there is no stick for it so i have to get my buddy later that night crank the window down and and push the mirror out. we also found out that it will only rev to 4k in netural and then nutral drop it that it will spin the tires and go straight to 6.5k on the tach pretty funny. anyways thats what happened to me and why i am now gettin the kenstyle body kit from danny (greddysetgo), great seller by the way very helpful.
the z is already totalled got 25k for it. then they are also giving him full retail for the turbo kit another $8434.95. but we have to leave the turbo kit on the car o well. other then that we took everything else off and we still have some stuff left to sell. ill have a list later of what we have. the volks, side skirts, and wing are already sold.

I'm happy that you guys weren't hurt. Enterprise Truck rentals has deep pockets. Call me. I'll get a lawyer referral for you.
Anything that you spend in excess of your insurance can be claimed against the other driver. He can be held liable for expenses in excess of coverage. you can take him to small claims court.
Look on the bright side, you can finally get that dent in your rear quarter panel fixed for free.
