the tire strikes back...(2nd post)

. yeah, so this is my 2nd post. sux that it has to be because of this...this is what happens when you've lost a tire in the road and don't go back to get it...

(truckers...they should all be killed)

go ahead and file a claim w ur insurance company...if u have comprehensive they will cover it for sure. this is the main reason why i lowered my comp. deductable to $200!

if u have a $500 deduct, i wouldnt claim it....it'll only be around 700 to replace the bumper

yeah true but u could also bang up ur headlights and such if u feel they need replacing as well

What a bummer... Sorry to see something like that happen.

It looks like it broke away cleanly from the front fender. Good thing that you don't have a Coupe. The two screws that hold the bumper on would have probably made a real mess.

its probably that just for the bumper and from the looks of it you drive a DG or BS . If you get a new bumper and paint its not going to match unless you blend. I know the rear bumper was 450 plus another 250 just to paint the bumper without blending and i think it was another 600 to blend. So if you want it to be perfect then i would claim it and let insurance pay for it all. Otherwise just get a new bumper and paint it and be done with it. Im pretty sure the font bumper is more expensive then the rear. But not sure how prices compair to the coupe.

well, turns out th e bumper isn't the ONLY disaster associated with my moving to Orlando. the company that I was supposed to move here for has put me on hold. I dont know what to do...

anyone hiring a well-sorted out parts guy? I'll leave my resume of need be...

"give me an issue, I'll give you a tissue"...right

otherwise I'm good, I should pick up my car thursday. Whens the next meet?
