Can you have the body shop put in 2k6 Projectors instead of the normal Reflectors? It shouldn't make any difference to them. I would think the price would be very close.

You should have cracked broken the windshield and the power seats to raise the damages. But that would be insurance fraud and we don't want any of that.

i would need another 9k for the car to be totaled

and the winshield was already cracked

i asked about that but the insurance co told me no, i'm going to the bodyshop monday morning to take my rims off, i'll try to talk to them and see what they say

after the wreck u should have looked at it and realized it wasnt totalled...and then driven it off the cliff

Even if the insurance company won't pay for the 06 lights, you can pay the difference to the body shop.

def gonna try that, but Plan B right now is to traded in for an 06 after the car gets fixed. gotta see how much i would loose, and if its worth it

Jose, glad you're ok and as for the car, it's still just a car even if it is a G. Be happy that it kept you safe. I think you're on the right track with regard to trading it in once you get it back and then start modding an 06. I'm sure there are enough stock parts in the area to salvage your current mods for the 06 or sell them here. I hope to see you on the 8th either way.
