Respectfully, I'd be happy to go in depth as we have nothing to hide.

Chris feels lied to or that we were dishonest due to the extended wait times w/ FI. This we have address previously, and we have updated all of our expected lead times on all of our PO's going forward with FI.

Recently Chris's RHFCs order arrived to Canada in which inbound shipments/purchases to another country have inbound duty tax and brokerage fees. This Chris was well aware of as he has previously ordered RHFCs from us 4 years ago, along with Stillen Gen3's about 2 months ago, both of which were the same exact process.

Chris requested we pay for his brokerage fees as well as duty tax, which we do not collect, nor pay.

We called Chris to sort and try and reason with about the transaction to see if we could come to an agreement but he did not pickup so I personally left a voicemail. He in-turn emailed me instead, resulted in another disturbing email fed out of frustration, as well as the post you see above.

If anyone has any questions regarding duty tax/brokerage fees, please feel free to ask.

Thank you,
-Lance Lisowski

I'm involved with a Nissan/Infiniti car club (vicepres). Its the only organised Infiniti car club in the country that I'm from (Bahamas). Most of our aftermarket parts are ordered from the states, shipped to a US address and then shipped to the Bahamas. We pay 60% customs duty on any car parts imported into the country and that's excluding VAT, shipping, and any other associated charges... I know right!.. As much as it sucks, none of that has anything to do with NextLevel or FIs, so I could never seriously think that they should be responsible for paying any of those charges... It simply has nothing to do with them. The people in my car club try to purchase all of our aftermarket parts etc. at one time in order to avoid multiple separate shipments from the US to the Bahamas over and over again, hence the reason I became so annoyed with the multiple delays for this part. I didnt want to ship my other parts until this arrived, which led to my headache. I do have the HFCs now and they've been installed. The build quality is outstanding as expected, however, this has most def been a learning experience for all of us.
I honestly hope that this whole fiasco was just a one time experience, and that then next order I place with Nextlevel.com goes without a hitch.

Pricing is 540 shipped within the continental US.

First come, first serve. Great way for anyone on the fence to avoid the current 6-8 week lead times.
