The y-pipe back Megan has larger tubing diameter than the y-pipe back Manzo also.

Manzo Cat Back Review (same as Megan, OBX, Beluga, eBay, and M2)

The Megan y-pipe back came today, here are some pics of packaging and the welds,no dings or dents and purchased from jhautomotive the muffler's appear shaped differently than the Manzo and it has a bolt up flange rather than a clamp over tube fitting.I think this is a higher quality product all around,that's why suggested retail is around $900,although I won it for $260+$190 shipping;

I spoke to a customer representative at Megan Racing and we had a somewhat long conversation where she explained to me that Megan Racing although they own Manzo they are separate companies the quality is different that being higher on the Megan Racing exhaust and they are made in different countries Taiwan vs mainland that is the reason for the difference in price. If you look at the two exhaust systems you will notice the Manzo is a press fitting from pipe to pipe where as the Megan has bolt up flange s and its a different diameter tubing.

I like it. However after making adjustments of hangers very firm!(leave them as they come, it was unnecessary to bend them)and realigning flanges using a jack is the best method to fasten the flanges from front to back,tightening as you move the jack from flange to flange,it makes a good path without contact.the driver's side tip is about 1/3 " further out then the passengers. So it's not perfect,but it's pretty nice for what I paid $390+150 for y- pipe it sounds great.pretty quiet at 70-80 cruise and nice burble at idle, loud until the rpms come down when cold idle and a nice moderately loud wot volume.only rasp is for a fraction of a second when the 7at upshifts it doesnt bother me at all. As far as any noticable power gain,its hard to tell.After installing the Injen CAI,Pure Tuning in Toledo will be making the best fuel/ignition adjustments based on their dyno readings to get the most out of it.I will post the final dyno video so you can hear the sound.

270 whp in 3rd,tuner said he couldn't get good data in 4th so he had to test in 3rd because of the awd system.Hes dynoed rwd g37's in fourth,figured a +20 whp correction from a 3rd gear pull vs 4th gear,which would equate to 290 whp/which is about 370 crank hp,vs 328 stock,considering about a 20 % driveline and friction loss, with mods + tune about 42 can and Hp gain over stock.Only mods- full Megan Racing exhaust,test pipes,Injen CAI.On an Uprev Protune.dyno sheet

I know this thread is super old but I installed the Manzo cat back exhaust on my former (now my Son's) G37XS. The car has about 160k miles and the old exhaust was leaking in several places. I paid $600 for the set shipped from EBAY. It came in a beat up box too but there was no damage to the exhaust. The exhaust fit well and the only hard part was drilling out the stripped out studs on the catalytic converter end so I could use the bolts supplied in the kit. I did have to smack the edge of the flange in a few places with a ball peen hammer to get the pipes to fit into one another. It sounds WAY better than the farty leaky exhaust was on there. It sounds much better than I expected and a hell of a deal for $600. It's loud but not obnoxious. Install was done on a 4 post lift in my garage with the car about 24" off the ground. The kit included everything that the OP listed.
